How It Works
The SoundingBoard^TM is comprised of 5-8 senior leaders who meet formally four times a year and informally throughout the year. Guided by the moderator, members bring current operational issues to the table and receive direct, expert and honest feedback from other members.

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the meetings which are held on a rotational basis at the workplaces of the members. Members pay annual dues of $7,500. Participants leave with the confidence and knowledge to take action.
