1. FIRST™ Starts with the Outcomes You Want to Achieve
Understanding your objectives for the offsite helps up to craft the right experience for your team. In this stage, we listen to where you are at, where you want to be and what you'd like to achieve.Â
2. Then, We Speak to the Leaders on Your Team
Since "People support what they help to create" and because "The genius is in the room", we invest time connecting with your leaders in advance of the offsite to learn about their roles & responsibilities, while crowdsourcing their good ideas related to the retreat. Â
3. Informed by What We Learned,
We Create the Retreat AgendaÂ
Strengthening relationships, creating a shared team vision, generating a code of conduct and clarifying leader and team member expectations are common items found on the FIRST™ agenda. Â
4. We hold the RetreatÂ
Interactive, inspirational and uplifting are words that attendees use to describe our retreats. Attendees leave the retreat with a greater sense of trust and connection having created a stronger foundation upon which the organization rests. p.s. Laughter is not always officially on the agenda, but it is not unusual to experience a few good-natured, funny, memorable moments.  Â
5. We Ensure Adoption with Two Follow-Up Activation Sessions
The plans and ideas generated at the retreat are tracked, revisited and brought to life during two post-retreat Activation Sessions, typically scheduled 2-3 weeks apart. Â
