Eileen brings experience from roles at Innovative Benefit Planning and Exude, Inc., along with her work as part of the Why Not Spot-It? team. She holds an MBA in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University, along with the SHRM-SCP certification, reflecting a career built on both strategic HR expertise and hands-on operational leadership.
