Meet Jaime Malandra, Certified Spot-It™ Coach

Jaime Malandra, MSW, MEd, serves as Project Manager and Certified Spot-It™ Coach at DillonMarcus, bringing a background in education, student support, and social work to her role helping people put the Spot-It™ method into practice.

A Background in Education and Support

Before joining DillonMarcus, Jaime built a career centered on helping people navigate transitions and challenges. Her experience includes serving as a Student Success Center Graduate Assistant at Kutztown University, an Admissions Counselor at DeSales University and Ashford University, an AmeriCorps VISTA Graduate Support Assistant, and a third-grade teacher through the Alliance for Catholic Education. She also contributed to the Campaign for Racial and Ethnic Justice at the Community Action Committee.

A Foundation in MSW and MEd

Jaime holds both a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Master of Education (MEd), giving her a strong foundation in how people learn, grow, and navigate stress — expertise that translates directly into her work coaching others through the Spot-It™ method.
