A Career Leading Global Healthcare Businesses

Joe was President of Scapa Healthcare, where he oversaw a B2B business with a $200 million P&L focused on developing and manufacturing medical devices and consumer wellness products for global market leaders. Before that, he served as President of Olympus Surgical Technologies America, and spent 24 years at Johnson & Johnson, ultimately leaving as Vice President of the Integration division.

A Foundation in Leadership

Joe's leadership foundation traces back to the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he developed the discipline and leadership grounding that carried through his decades leading major healthcare and medical device organizations.
